Health guarantee

We guarantee that there are no symptoms of disease or parasites at the time of sale and that our birds are completely healthy. This means our birds are free from viral infections, pathogenic bacterial infections, fungal infections and congenital defects.

- All birds come with a 72 hour health guarantee. If not, we will replace the bird or refund the full purchase price if it can be shown to be unhealthy at the time of sale. Once a bird leaves our home, the circumstances and conditions are beyond our control, therefore we cannot guarantee the birds beyond this 72 hour period.

- If your avian veterinarian performs a health exam within the allotted time (72 hours) and discovers a problem that is too costly to cure or a problem that cannot be cured, we will put the bird through a of the same type or value. or buy the bird back To do this you must return the bird to me with a letter from the vet explaining the nature of the illness. This letter must be on the veterinarian's official letter pad with the veterinarian's stamp. The bird will be replaced or the full purchase price will be refunded.



- In the event that the bird dies within 72 hours of purchase, you must immediately cool (do not freeze) the bird's body in a sealed plastic bag and take the dead bird to a qualified avian veterinarian for necropsy within 12 hours to determine the cause of death.

- If a viral disease or a congenital hatching defect is determined to be the cause of death, the bird will be replaced or the full purchase price will be refunded. This letter must also be on the veterinarian's official letter pad with a veterinary stamp seal. Before receiving a refund, the photos and videos of the bird of death, including the identification band, must be shown to us.

- It is understood that the seller is in no way responsible for veterinary bills, including fees for an autopsy, or reimbursement of shipping costs if the bird was originally shipped to you. Buyer also understands that if the leg band is removed from the bird, the health guarantee is null and void.
