Anyone wishing to purchase a Parrot is welcome to visit us and view our Parrot breeding facilities. For anyone who already owns Parrots, we hope that you will find this site interesting.

If you are looking for that special bird or parrot we are always happy to help you. We try to educate or in some cases re-educate parrot owners how to maintain and keep your birds healthy and happy. When purchasing a new bird or parrot even if you already own birds, it's a good idea to get all the right answers before purchasing a new species. Every species of parrot is different and in some cases even within a species there is also a difference in each bird's personality.

About us

We have seen many people make the mistake of purchasing a species based on color, another person's experiences, or something they saw on TV or read in a book, seen it on the internet, etc. Just remember that very few "PET" birds, if any, ever live up to those well trained birds you hear about, see on TV or the ones you read about. Purchase a bird because it's what you want and remember, it's for a lifetime. It disturbs us when we hear of people that purchased a bird and then find out they decided to sell it and purchase another one because the first one just was not what they thought it would be. This creates the cycle. Birds do not throw away pets. Birds are highly intelligent creatures, some even have human-like actions and emotions. Many birds and parrots can get very attached to their owners. Do not just pass them around, make sure you know what you are doing.

Contact us

One important bit of info that one should consider is the cost of (properly) maintaining one of these creatures. You must consider the cost of birdcages, bird toys, bird foods, treats, avian veterinarian costs, etc. Many costs are recurring monthly such as foods, toys, treats. We always recommend stainless steel bird cages for all our babies.
So the purchase of your birds should not be taken lightly. If you are not able or willing to spend a little money to properly maintain these birds, please do not email us. When you are serious and ready for that special feathered friend and you are serious, we are happy to help you through it. Our birds/parrots are very socialized, hand fed, tame, vet checked and micro chipped. Health and medical certificates from our vet. DNA sexed unrelated male/female. Great talkers with much vocabulary. They whistle, sing and respond to voice commands.

OUR AVIARY:

We sell many types of Baby Parrots! So below are the following birds available. Blue and Gold Macaw , African Grey Parrot Scarlet Macaw, Galah Cockatoo , Blue-eyed Cockatoo , Hyacinth Macaw and Black Palm Cockatoo.

AFRICAN GREY PARROTS , COCKATOOS AND MACAWS

AFRICAN GREY PARROTS:

African Grey s are often referred to as the "thinking man's" bird. Both the Congo and the smaller Timneh are one of the best talkers and have demonstrated that they actually understand what they are saying. Grey s are known for their uncanny ability to mimic perfectly everything from the dog to the doorbell or the exact sound of the owner's voice. Grey s are very intelligent and sensitive birds and even have the ability to show empathy.. Need variety and intellectual stimulation to challenge them, such as puzzle toys, foraging toys, and interactive toys. Grey's can be timid and nervous around new things. Many young grays like to dig in the corner of their cage and kick, which is attributed to "House Cleaning" instincts carried over from the wild. Most pet Greys are of the Congo variety, which are larger and more vividly colored than the Timneh. There is very little difference in personality between the two varieties. Greys are prone to vitamin A deficiency, so must be fed foods such as broccoli and sweet potato. Origin: Africa Size: Congo's are 13 in in length, Timnehs are about 9 in. Avg Life Expectancy: Up to 50 years

COCKATOOS:

Very friendly "Love Sponges!" Compare a cockatoo to having a preschooler for a long time. These birds are intelligent, friendly, clownish, active and emotional. These birds are not for everyone. They need loving and firm training, with consistent boundaries. The key to a healthy happy relationship is a balance of independent play and scheduled human interaction. Need plenty of toys, particularly interactive, and to chew on. Umbrellas and Moluccans are easily spoiled and can demand attention 28 hours a day. Some of these birds are escape artists and need padlocks to keep from escaping! Not a good bird if you have allergies. Some can be very vocal. Cockatoos are often thought of as all-whitebirds, yet they come in many colors. Origin: Australia. Size: 13 to 20 in. Avg Life Expectancy: 50 to 100 yrs

Well socialized Macaws can be affectionate and playful. Talking ability is usually good. Huge chewers so provide plenty of room and replaceable toys. Love attention, love to play and can be loud. Upkeep for larger Macaws can be expensive (ie Larger Macaws require large cages, more food, larger and more toys) Origin: South America. Size: 24 to 40 in (Hyacinth).
